Who can invest in PassiveCloud?

Any accredited investor can invest with PassiveCloud. The term "accredited investor" is defined in Rule 501 of Regulation D of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

What is the minimum investment?

The minimum investment is only $10,000.

What is an offering?

Offering is the term used to define the process in which a private or public company offers securities for sale. The term “offering” may be synonymous with “deal” or “investment opportunity”.

How does PassiveCloud make money?

PassiveCloud had different business models. For the most part it makes its money from the 2% one time fee from its investors. In some cases PassiveCloud would also make money from both carried interest and/or acquisition fee from the deal sponsor which it splits with its investors.

When and how does an Investor get their capital back?

PassiveCloud defines a targeted hold period for each investment. This indicates the amount of time you should anticipate it will take to receive your principal investment back. The hold period is not guaranteed due to a number of different factors including an ever changing economy.

What are the fees?

PassiveCloud charges a one time 2% fee on your original investment level. We do not charge an ongoing management fee. Investors can get the fee waived by participating in our referral program.

What returns can I expect on my investment?

There are no guarantees with real estate investments but we look for investments that deliver 7% -- 8% cash flow and a 1.7x return on your investment.

Do investors pick individual assets?

No, PassiveCloud will do that for our investors, backed by our experience and data. Individual asset selection needs sophistication, PassiveCloud does not burden its investors with asset selection making it truly passive for our investors.

What does an investor invest in?

Investors invest in funds offered by PassiveCloud. PassiveCloud will in turn invest money from the funds in several real estate offerings.

What are the risks?

Much like all investments, investing in real estate involves certain known and unknown risks, uncertainties, and other factors and there is no guarantee of performance. It is PassiveCloud's requirement that each investor acknowledges and understands these risks and factors.
